We use motion sensors, heat sensors, IR cameras, high definition cameras, security/alarm system and 24/7 surveillance system. High end security is our first priority so your valuables are secure in the facility as they are in any bank safe.

There is information located in RESOURCES -Required Documents list, insurance, and customer guidelines. Book an appointment as per your convenience and pay the fees. You and your co-tenant should be present with original valid documents while opening the account.

We have different tenure schemes (check for the tenure and discount chart here)

Prices start from less than $1 per day per box. To open a new account there is a one-time $99 administrative fee. Our minimum rental period is 1 day. We charge by prorated method means if you paid for one year and you want to close on 263th day then we’ll charge rent for 263 days and refund unused rent.  We do accept cash, debit/credit cards, PayPal, ACH and checks. For payments via check, keys will only be released upon realization of the check. Please click here for box sizes and prices.

You can get all necessary packing material like fire-proof document bags, zip bags, airtight containers, labels/stickers, bond box locks, jewelry boxes at the reception counter.

You can store items described here on the RESOURCES page but you cannot store prohibited items in the box. Any member of our facility will NOT know what you are storing in your box. To protect our clients, we prohibit the storage of illegal items/drugs, Narcotics, Ammunition, Explosives, Hazardous Liquids etc. Our vaults are checked daily by surveillance equipment and police dogs. If any illegal contents are detected, the box will be drilled open at the tenant’s expense and the contents will be handed over to authorities.

No. Joint box can be accessed by any (one/both/all) of the tenants. Every tenant has the right to access the box with ONLY a valid box key. If the key is lost, then only the primary tenant can apply for lock change and the primary tenant should present at the drilling procedure.

Yes, we charge a one-time administration fee of $99 for the account setup. This fee is non-refundable.

No way. When you finish with the viewing room, an employee will escort you to the vault to put the bond box in the safe box. The employee will need your key & guard key to open the safe box. They then will put the bond box back in the safe box, lock the door and return your key.

Yes. But he/she must have a valid ID and register in the system. NO ONE can be allowed to enter the vault without valid ID and registration.

If both keys are lost, you should inform us immediately. We’ll arrange an appointment and a certified locksmith to drill the box and change the lock in front of you. Drilling & lock change charges are $— + Tax. If you lose one key, we will close your box and issue you a new box. The cost of a replacement lock is $— + Tax. For your safety reasons, we have no duplicate keys; we change a lock.

Yes. We have reserved parking for the facility and ample common parking.

“Yes” you can store cash in your safe deposit box and “No” there are no state or federal laws that make this action illegal. Tenants can store coin collections, silver dollars, gold coins and many other types of currency in their boxes. There are no state or federal laws to break. Even if there were such a law, we could not enforce it because we have no knowledge of what you store in your boxes.

No such requirement legally but we recommended that you should visit minimum once every six months. You should update your recent changes in name, address, IDs and other important information in our system in order for us to serve you better. Remember, you stored your important stuff in safe boxes so we should know the latest address/phone changes relating to the safe box contents.

Your rental agreement specifies that you will pay your annual rent one year in advance. If this rent is not paid on or before your specified due date, it is delinquent. We will attempt to notify you by mail. If there is no response, we will take the prescribed action in accordance with state law and the past due clause in your contract. Any expenses directly or indirectly incurred in this collection process will be added to your past due rent, and your account may be turned over to a credit and/or collection agency.

We will not honor either of these requests. We have no way of knowing if these documents have been revoked, whether you are still living or if you were of sound mind when they were signed. Appointing a deputy or guardian are recommended alternatives.

No. We do not require a deposit for keys.

Yes. If you booked the appointment to rent a safe box, paid the fees, and you want to cancel the appointment, you can cancel and get a 100% refund. There are NO fees for ‘Vault Entry’ appointments. (The Vault Entry Appointments are only for tenants who already enrolled)

Yes. If you want to cancel the box, you can get the unused rent refund, but we cannot refund administrative fees.

You should store such a weight, which you can handle on your own and the bond box should not be damaged. We recommend weight should not be more than 15LBS per box.

Yes. Maximum 3 people can open a joint box.

Yes. Every box is functioned separately, so you’ll need to pay separate fees as per box size & tenure.

No, there are no additional charges if you renew the same box for another term. You have to pay charges for your term as per current rate at that time.

Yes. If you are renting a bigger box, then you only need to pay the difference.

You can spend a maximum of 20 minutes in the viewing room and 10 mins in the vault for opening and closing box procedure. Total turn around period should be 30 mins. If you need a longer visiting time, you should book an appointment for more time. Cooperation is expected during rush hour.

You can book the appointment 2 hours before your visit.

No. We issue a sealed key envelope (sealed by locksmith) containing 2 keys when renting a box. Each box is opened using the tenant’s key and guard key at the same time. This means the lock system allows 2 keys (tenant’s key and guard key) to rotate one by one to open the box door. Neither employee nor the tenant can open the box alone.

When the enrollment procedure completes, the employee will show your box in the vault, open the box using both keys and ensure that the bond box is empty. If at that time or whenever your keys are not working due to mechanical fault, we replace the lock on our expense or change the box without any charge. If the keys were tampered/changed, you have to pay the drilling and other charges.

IRS representatives cannot arbitrarily gain access to your box. However, they can serve a Levy and a Notice of Seizure requiring us to freeze the box. The IRS then can request that you open the box in the presence of its representatives. If you refuse, a court order must be issued, requiring the box to be forced open and the contents impounded.

If anything happened, the consumer’s box contents would be safe and accessible. Historically, when this situation occurs, another company would purchase assets, facilities and all rented safe deposit boxes. These new owners will welcome the opportunity to provide services to all existing box tenants. In the very rare instances when there are no buyers, the regulators will close the facility and immediately post a notice on the front door with a contact person’s name and phone number. The tenants can call this individual to set up an appointment to redeem their box contents. The regulators will never seize these safe box valuables.

You can cancel your box any time you wish. You can come personally along with co-tenants (if required by contract) and both the keys. You can take out of your valuables and empty the bond box. Employee will check the empty box, close your box in the system and refund back your unused rent. You will have to sign the box closure document.

Deputy appointments are easily accomplished. It simply requires that all tenants and the deputy be present during this appointment. The deputy should be given one of your keys for access. It’s important to remember that we take NO responsibility for the deputy’s action. Upon proper notification of your death or incompetency, the deputy’s right of access will cease.

If you have a jointly rented box, other authorized tenants may remove all contents without restrictions. If you are the sole tenant, access is restricted and only granted to someone who presents a (Will Search) court order. At our discretion, we may also grant access to your spouse, parent, adult descendant, a person named as the estate representative in your will or other interested persons. However, only your life insurance policies, burial deed, or will may be removed and delivered to this designated person. Nothing else may be removed until proper estate documents are provided. Once the estate has been granted probate, the executor of the estate will be assigned access to the box.
